The heart of the SEVA is the system controller.

The microprocessor has several functions and can be located anywhere in the building.

System functions are: Takes and stores 2 photos of an individual who possesses the possible weapon(s), a maximum of 250 photographs can be stored.

Upon detecting weapon, an external alarm and/or warning light is activated and still photo of suspect is displayed on a monitor.

 Displays the number of individuals that enter the facility and displays the number of detection counts on a monitor. Records date & time that picture is taken.

By pressing a foot switch, a warning light at the front entrance can be activated in addition to programmed access numbers to alert authorities or other designated parties in the event of an emergency through automated telephone line. In addition to the foot switch, a carry-on remote control switch is also provided to perform the same function.
