SEVA Weapons Detection System is an innovative, complete next generation walk-through weapons detection system that has been patented in the United States, Korea, EU and China.

 SEVA is designed for locations where permanent security personnel are not present, but still requires on adequate level of security. This unique technology can distinguish weapons such as rifles, handguns & sizable knives from harmless metal devices such as cellular phones, pocket organizers, keys, beverage cans & coins. An on-board database of electromagnetic spectrum of weapons, “SEVAScan” Technology makes this possible.

When a metal object passes through the detector, the system creates an analysis of detected items and compares it with its database.

 Another unique feature is the Charge Coupled Device ("CCD") camera that takes and stores detected visitors' visual images.

 When an individual holding a possible weapon passes through the system, the CCD camera automatically takes two photographs of the person. The audio and/or visual warning indicator is also activated, which allows the warned party to locate the possible criminal and observe the individual's movements. In turn, this permits them to contact a designated party by using a remote control or foot pedal device for immediate assistance.

 SEVA is not only equipped with a CCD camera which captures and stores images of an individual who may possess possible weapons but it simultaneously shows the person's images on a monitor and is equipped with a remote control device to notify the pre-selected party in case of an emergency.

 Since SEVA Weapons Detection System uses low intensity magnetic fields, it is

harmless to medical equipment and electronic devices including Pacemakers, implanted defibrillators and magnetic storage devices such as recording tapes, camera films and computer diskettes 33.5 inch (850mm) walk-through area allows easy access for large objects such as wheelchairs, strollers, carts as well as people. It is firm and secure in its construction. 

 The system is bolted down to the floor and, if necessary, the upper portion can be mounted to the adjacent structure using a mounting bracket or side support brackets can be mounted to create added stability.  

 Installation and dismantling requires a skilled technician. But if one follows instruction very carefully, he/she can install the system with proper tools although it may take longer time.
